微波辅助提取黄柏总黄酮的条件研究

摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,利用正交试验,确定了微波辅助萃取黄柏总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:固液比为1.0∶30(g∶mL),溶剂乙醇的体积分数为60%,微波功率为500W,辐射时间为4min,在此条件下黄柏中的总黄酮提取率可达3.03%。

Abstract:Basing on the experiment of single factor,the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from phellodendron chinense schneid assisted by microwave was studied according to the orthogonal design. The experiment results showed that the maximum technical conditions were:ratio of solid to liquid 1.0 g∶30 mL,alcohol volume concentration 60%,microwave power 500 W,and radiation time 4 min. Under this condition the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids in Phellodendron Chinense Schneid was 3.03%.
