双岐杆菌对断奶仔猪E-活性花环和E总花环的影响

摘    要: 在30~75日龄的断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同剂量的双歧杆菌后仔猪的细胞免疫功能均有不同程度的提高:E-活性花环和E总花环形成率结果显示,E-活性花环形成率在试验期至第30天、第45天时各试验组持续保持较高水平,与对照组比较分别高出14.37%,18.69%,15.11%和13.06%,16.60%,13.78%,差异显著(P<0.05);E总花环形成率在添加双歧杆菌后明显提高,试验期至第45天时,试验I组,Ⅱ组,Ⅲ组的E总花环形成率分别比对照组高出12.77%, 21.83%, 19.69%,差异显著(P<0.05),且试验组之间比较,试验Ⅱ组,Ⅲ组比I组的E总花环形成率高,差异显著(P<0.05);说明添加双歧杆菌对断奶仔猪E总花环的形成有明显的增强作用。

Abstract:The effects of different amount of Bifidobacterium supplemented in the diet of piglet (30-75 days old) on swine’s immune function were evaluated.The analyzing results of E-rosettes and total E-rosettes forming rate showed that the rates of E-rosettes forming rate on the 30th and 45th day in group Ⅰ, groupⅡ and group Ⅲ significantly(P<0.05) increased 14.37%, 18.69%, 15.11% and 13.06%, 16.60%, 13.78%, respectively, compared with those of the control, In addition, the rates of total E-rosettes forming rate in groupⅡ and group Ⅲ were higher than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.05), These results demonstrated that the forming of total E-rosettes forming rate in piglets could be enhanced by supplied Bifidobacterium in a positive dose way.
