脉冲强光处理对南阳酵母杀菌效果的影响

摘    要:探讨了脉冲强光处理对南阳酵母菌的杀菌效果。结果表明,各因素的影响程度为:闪照次数>输入电压>透光率>菌液厚度。随输入电压和闪照次数的增大,杀菌率增加,低电压多闪照或高电压少闪照都具有较好的效果。2000V、64次闪照和3000V、4次闪照时,杀菌率都可达到100%。菌液厚度与菌液透光率也对杀菌率有影响,但只有当菌液厚度大于1cm或透光率小于50%时,其影响才比较明显。

Abstract:Sterilization with pulsed light on Nanyang yeast was studied.The results indicated that the main factors affecting sterilizing effect were times of pulsed light flash> input voltage > transmittance of bacterial suspension > bacterial suspension depth.With the input voltage and times of pulsed light flash increasing,the death rate increased.Low input voltage with many pulsed light flashes and high input voltage with few pulsed light flashes both had good results.2000V input voltage with 64 times pulsed light flashes and 3000V input voltage with 4 times pulsed light flashes both reached 100% death rate.The depth and transmittance of bacterial suspension had effects on death rate,but only when the bacterial suspension depth was more than 1 cm or the transmittance less than 50%,the effect on sterilization was significant.
