摘    要:本文有代表性的7个产区,每产区4个家系及分布南北两端2个产区各一家系内10个单株2年生幼苗叶片中三种黄酮类化合物和白果内脂及银杏内脂的含量进行了测定,结果表明:产区间、家系间单株间均有广泛的遗传差异。黄酮类的含量与各内脂含量呈负相关,2年生幼苗叶中的内酯含量与16年生树无明显差异。为银杏药用和叶用原材料林提供了依据。

Abstract:Ginkgo leaves of 2 year old trees were collected from 7 provenances and 30 families. The leaf chemical composition was determined in terms of flavons, ginkgolides and the like. Results show that the content of these chemical substances varied extensively with the provenance and family. The content of flavons was negatively correlated to the content of ginkgolides, and the content of ginkgolides in the leaves of the 2 year old tree was not markedly different from that of the 16 year old tree.
