| 摘 要： | 本文基于开源软件包jSMSEngine设计开发了一个短信通知系统.系统具有群发短信通知、确认被通知者是否接收到通知和通知存档等等专门为发布通知设计的功能.该系统可以大大减轻发送通知,尤其是紧急通知的工作量.

| Abstract: | This paper designed and developed a SMS notice system base on jSMSEngine which is an open source software.The system has some functions special for publishing notices,such as sending SMS notice to a group of persons,verifying receive status,archiving published notices etc.The system could obviously reduce the workload of publishing notices,especially emergency notices. |
