摘    要:对大孔树脂纯化人参茎叶提取液中皂苷工艺进行研究.选用D-101大孔吸附树脂,经预处理后装柱(层析柱)、确定吸附容量(皂苷∶干树脂重量=103∶1)、洗脱溶媒用量的确定(上柱液50ml,蒸馏水100mL,50%乙醇溶液100ml)、洗脱速度(1.5mL/min),进行皂苷纯化.用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.从测得数据可知,皂苷含量明显提高,说明D-101大孔吸附树脂纯化人参茎叶提取液总皂甙效果较佳.

Abstract:The macroreticular resin purification of saponins in ginseng stem leaf extract technology research. Type of macroporous adsorbing resin:D-101,after the pretretment column packing (chromatographic column)to determine the elutive capacity( saponins: the dry weight of resin--lO3:l),to determine the volume of the eluant(the column liquid 5OraL,distilled water lOOmL 50% ethanol 100mL),elution rate (1.SmUmin), purification of saponins. Determination of sapoins by HPLC. From the measured data shows, saponin content significantly increased, D-IO1 macroporous adsorption resin purification of ginseng stem and leaf extract of total saponins is better.
