| Abstract: | The teaching ability of teachers have important impact on teaching behavior and teaching quality. By analysis on the present situation of teaching ability of teachers in Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University, identified the obstacle factors which restricted the teachers＇ ability, and provided the countermeasures on culturing teachers＇ teaching ability in our school. |
