高职毕业生自我认知偏差探析

摘    要:当前就业形势越来越严峻,就业压力越来越大,高职毕业生在求职过程中不同程度的出现各种心理问题,自我认知偏差是高职毕业生各种心理问题出现的根源.通过分析高职毕业生自我认知偏差的表现,探讨了如何提高高职毕业生的自我认知能力,从而提高高职毕业生的就业质量.

Abstract:The current employment situation is more severe, increasing employment pressure, the emergence of various psychological problems vocational graduates in the job search process to varying degrees. Vocational graduates' self-perception bias is the root of all kinds of psychological problems. This paper analyzes the performance of vocational graduates' self-perception bias, discusses how to improve vocational graduates' self-cognitive abilities, thereby improve the quality of employment vocational graduates.
