玉米杂交种吉单180及其亲本灌浆速率的研究

摘    要:选用玉米杂交种吉单180及其亲本吉853和Mo17为试验材料,对玉米子粒的灌浆速率进行研究。结果表明:玉米杂交种吉单180及其亲本灌浆速率的极值均出现在授粉后的25d,且与其他时期的灌浆速率有显著的差异;亲本吉853和Mo17在灌浆期末期都有一个小峰值,这是杂交组合吉853×Mo17高产、稳产的重要原因;通过研究证明了塘四平头×Lancaster系统杂交的系统优势,为优良品种的选育提供了方向;并提出了在吉单180高产栽培中,在灌浆期期间的田间管理措施及注意要点。

Abstract:Using Jidan 180 and its parental lines Mo17,Ji 853 as test materials,the rate of grain-filling on maize was studied.Results showed that the maximal filling rates of Jidan 180,Mo17 and Ji 853 were observed on 25 days after pollination,and there were significant differences among their peak values and the other’s at different periods.The reason of high and stable yield on Jidan 180 is that its each parental line had a small peak at the end of grain filling.Through the research,showed that Tangsipingtou×Lancaster is a model of superiority combination on maize and offer a direction in improved varieties of selection.And some cultivation measures on high yield were put forward according to experiment results of Jidan 180.
