纳米改性金属陶瓷刀具切削性能研究

摘    要:在常规的金属陶瓷刀具材料中添加纳米粉末可制备出性能优异的纳米改性金属陶瓷刀具材料。对造成金属陶瓷刀具磨损的原因进行了分析,与其他刀具材料进行了力学性能比较,用4种不同的工件材料进行了切削试验。试验结果表明纳米改性金属陶瓷刀具材料适合高速加工塑性材料,同时表现出优异的切削性能。

Abstract:Nano-TiN modified cermet cutter with better properties can be developed by adding nano meter powders to conventional cermet material. Depending on the present study situation both domestic and abroad, the reasonable matching of developed cutting tool with workpiece materials and its wearing mechanism when machining are fully discussed. Then the mechanical properties of developed cermet cutter were compared with conventional cermet cutter. In the end, the cutting tests were carried out using developed cutter to machine four kinds of materials. The experiment results show that the developed cermet cutter is suitable for machining plastic materials and shows excellent cutting properties , but it has no advantage when machining brittle materials such as gray cast iron. None the less it presents better cutting properties than conventional cutters.
