| 摘 要： | 本文尝试将近红外漫反射技术应用于预测多维预混料中维生素E的含量,并分析此方法的可行性。利用125个多维预混料小规模定标集进行定标,获得定标方程,并将20个多维预混料预测结果与高效液相色谱(HPLC)法的检测结果进行比较,结果表明用近红外漫反射技术预测多维预混料中维生素E含量可行。

| Abstract: | The aids of this trial is to determine the content of vitamin E in compound premix using Near Infrared Reflection Spectroscopy(NIRS) technique.A NIRS equation was established with 125 samples.While twenty samples were used to compare the data determined by HPLC or NIRS technique. NIRS technique is an feasible method to determine vitamin E content in complound premix. |
