| 摘 要： | 采集重病烟田的健株根际土样5份，分离根际细菌876，平皿拮抗筛选拮抗活性较稳定的菌株44个。通过发芽测定、温室盆栽试验，筛选到防效在75．0％以上，防效较稳定的菌株16个，与甲霜灵锰锌药剂对照效果盯当的有6株。在温室试验中，也发现防效较好的16个菌株中有5株具促生作用。

| Abstract: | Five tobacco rhizospheric soil samples were collected from healthy tobacco plants in a heavy diseased field. After isolation and purification, 876 strains of rihizobacteria (RB) were obtained. In pairing culture on PDA, 44 strains steadily showed antagonistic effect on Pythium spp. Sixteen strains had a restraining effect of more than 75.0%, and 6 strains appeared comparable with the chemical fungicide metalaxyl-Mn-Zn in their Pythium -inhibiting effect through seed germination experiment and seedling inoculation test in a greenhouse. Five of the 16 strains also showed a growth-promoting effect on the tobacco seedlings. |
