| 摘 要： | 研究表明合理搔菌可以、(1)明显提高金针菇第1,2潮菇的产量和质量。生物利用率比对照提高约9.0％.(2)出菇整齐,采菇期集中。第1潮菇的采收期多数为3～5 d,比对照缩短6 d.(3)转潮快。第2潮菇的采收期比对照提前约15d.(4)搔菌有效地抑制病害的蔓延。搔菌的发病率为0,而对照为17.0％.

| Abstract: | In the culture of Flammulina velutipes, rational raking is an important technique. The yield and quality of first and second flushes can be improved clearly and the biological utilized coefficient of substratum is increased by 9.0% than the control. The mushroom come out evenly and have a harvest period of concentration. The harvest period of the first flush is 3-5 days, decreased 6 days, and that of the second flush is moved up about 15 days. The raking can effectively inhibit the spread of disease. Its incidence of disease is zero and the control reaches 17.0%. |
