野生和栽培金针菇中氨基酸含量的比较

摘    要:采用全自动氨基酸分析仪对野生和栽培金针菇体内氨基酸的种类和含量进行测定和比较。结果表明:野生金针菇体内总氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量均高于栽培金针菇,尤其以榆树生野生金针菇中总氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量为最高,生长于构树和刺桐的次之。

Abstract:The types and content of amino acids in Flammulina velutipes were measured and compared between wild species and cultivars. The results showed that the total contents of amino acids and free amino acids in wild F. velutipes were higher than in cultivars. Especially these 2 contents in F. velutipes grown in Ulmus pumila were the highest, followed by that grown in Broussonetia papyrifera and Erythrina variegata.
