基于虚拟样机的CVT动力学研究及仿真

摘    要:无级变速器(CVT)具有诸多优点和广阔的应用前景,而研发速度快,成本低,优化性能强的CVT虚拟样机的研究则具有更现实的意义。通过三维制图软件和计算机辅助软件CAE,建立了金属带式无级变速器虚拟样机,分析了在ADAMS仿真中得到的CVT的动力学特性,包括金属块径向运动和切向运动,金属块与金属环带,金属块与锥轮之间的惯性耦合。该模拟仿真结果对于CVT的深入研究和开发具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Because of the advantages and broaden application prospects of CVT,the development of virtual prototype of CVT with higher speed,lower cost and better performance is practically essential.The virtual prototype for metal belt CVT was established by using three dimensional design and computer assistant software CAE.Based on ADAMS simulation,the kinetics of CVT was analyzed,including tangential and radial motion of belt element,inertia coupling between belt element and band,belt element and pulley.These simulation results can promote the further research and development of CVT with a metal belt.
