摘    要:在分析太行山区资源、环境特征的基础上,提出了太行山区水资源的开发利用战略。对沟道潜流的“截、蓄、滴”一体化开发利用技术和集蓄径流节水综合技术体系进行了重点总结。根据太行山区的实际情况,提出了6种技术模式。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of regional resources and environment characters, the tactics on the exploitation and utilization of water resources is put forward. This paper introduces the integrative technique of collecting, storing and drip irrigation, and the control technique for different pressure in mountainous land. Moreover, it summarizes the integrated technology system on runoff collecting and water-saving, and advances 6 technical models for the development of dryland agriculture in Taihang mountainous area.
