低温胁迫下小麦生理生化及蛋白组分变化研究

摘    要:[目的]探究间接冷害对小麦幼苗生长的影响和影响机制。[方法]用水培法培养冬小麦京411,对实验组幼苗实施4℃低温胁迫。测定幼苗长势,丙二醛含量以及可溶性蛋白含量变化,并应用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对幼苗叶片内的蛋白组分进行分离,研究低温胁迫对小麦幼苗生理生化及蛋白组分的影响。[结果]结果表明,低温胁迫下,小麦幼苗叶片出现卷曲和萎蔫,叶片丙二醛含量、叶片内的蛋白组分含量和可溶性蛋白含量均有明显下降。[结论]该研究为探讨低温胁迫机理提供理论依据。
