| 摘 要： | 为在体外获得高纯度的猪囊尾蚴病的诊断抗原,克隆了猪囊尾蚴18kD蛋白的基因,并对其核苷酸和氨基酸序列进行了分析,揭示了18kD蛋白为一种分泌表达蛋白,为该蛋白的体外表达提供了基础。 |

| Abstract: | In order to obtain highly purified antigen of Cysticercus cellulosae,the 18kD protein gene was cloned and its nucleotide and amino acid sequence were analyzed.The result indicated that the 18kD protein was a kind of secreted expression antigen. |
