喷油泵试验台计算机控制系统设计

利用单片机、PC上位机结合自动控制技术设计一套控制系统,对6PSD30-1型电子控制喷油泵试验台进行技术改造,实现试验台量油时对其喷油次数预置、计数、显示,计满后自动停止和主轴转速预置、测速、调速、显示及各缸喷油量的显示,从而将电子控制喷油泵试验台改造成为智能型喷油泵试验台。

Design of Computer Control System of Injection Pump Tester

This paper rebuilds 6PSD30-1 injection pump test stand,designs an automatic control system with the help of automatic control technology,single-chip computer and PC.With the rebuilt test stand,the fuel injection time may be preset,counted and displayed,and counting process can be stopped automatically at the end of measuring fuel volume.The rotation speed of drive shaft may be preset,measured,adjusted and displayed.So,the electronic-controlled injection pump test stand is rebuilt an intelligent test device.
