| Abstract: | The achievement evaluation is an important method to evaluate agricultural scientific and technological level and promote transformation of achievements. Achievement evaluation is benefit for grasping the direction of scientific research and achievement transformation, stimulating scientist’s enthusiasm, and promoting the national strategies such as rural revitalization and agricultural transformation and upgrading. This paper reveals the problems existing in the evaluation system of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, puts forward the classification evaluation system of achievement, and analyzes the necessity of development of informational evaluation system,which will provide reference for specialized and informatization construction of evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements. |
