摘    要:试验研究不同保鲜剂对洋桔梗切花瓶插寿命及其形态指标和生理指标的影响,筛选出能延长其采后寿命的保鲜剂。结果表明,3%蔗糖+50mg/L硫酸铝+0.1%柠檬酸+300mg/L8-HQ(M8)保鲜效果最为明显,瓶插寿命达到了16d,是CK的2倍。该处理花瓣中可溶性糖含量增加、可溶性蛋白质含量增加、游离脯氨酸含量下降、细胞膜透性下降,有效延缓切花衰老,为效果最好的保鲜剂配方。在整个瓶插期间,洋桔梗切花的呼吸强度有突然升高后降低的现象,属跃变型花卉。

The preservation effects of different preservatives onEustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinners
Abstract:The effect of different preservative solutions on the vase-life ,morphological indexes and physiological idexes of Eustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinners was studied.The experiment selected a preservative solution to prolong the vase-life of Eustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinners .The results showed that effect of 3%sucrose+50mg/LAl2(SO4)3+0.1%citric acid+300mg/L8-HQ was most significant. The eighth treatmen "s vase-life of Eustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinners was 16d. It two times ck. The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in petals increased.The contents of free proline and cell membrane permeability declined. It delayed senescence of the flowers and indicates that treatment 8 is the best preservative solution in the experiment. In the whole bottle of the period, the respiratory intensity of Eustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinners has suddenly increased phenomenon, belongs to the climacteric flower .
