摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加维生素E和有机硒对攸县麻鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及咸蛋蛋黄品质的影响。选用200只健康的处于产蛋高峰期的攸县麻鸭,随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸭。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)分别在基础饲粮中添加50 IU/kg维生素E、0.2 mg/kg硒、0.2 mg/kg硒+50 IU/kg维生素E。试验期为63 d。结果表明:1)Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的产蛋率和日产蛋重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的料蛋比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的蛋黄硒含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ和Ⅳ组的蛋黄维生素E含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的咸蛋蛋黄硬心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组硬心率显著低于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加维生...

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin E and organic selenium on laying performance,egg quality,serum biochemical parameters and salted egg yolk quality of Youxian partridge ducks. A total of 200 healthy Youxian partridge ducks during peak laying period were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate. Ducks in the control group(groupⅠ)were fed a basal diet,and those in three experimental groups(groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 IU/kg vitamin E,0.2 mg/kg selenium and 0.2 mg/kg selenium+50 IU/kg vitamin E,respectively. The experiment lasted for 63 days. The results showed as follows:1)the laying rate and daily egg weight of groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The feed/egg of groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 2)The yolk selenium content of groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The yolk vitamin E content of groupsⅡandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 3)The yolk hard core ratio of salted eggs of groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hard core ratio of groupⅣwas significantly lower than that of groupsⅡandⅢ (P<0.05). 4)The serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The serum glutathione(GSH)content and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of groupsⅡ, ⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,dietary vitamin E,organic selenium or their combination can improve laying performance and antioxidant capacity of Youxian partridge ducks during peak laying peak period,and there is a synergistic effect of dietary vitamin E and organic selenium on reducing the yolk hard core ratio induced by salted egg processing.Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(2):971-978]
