以新发展理念引领农业科研院所高质量发展的思考——以吉林省农业科学院为例

贯彻落实"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"新发展理念,是我国"十四五"经济社会发展必须遵循的重要原则。文章以吉林省农业科学院为例,从把握新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局三个方面出发,分析了农业科研院所当前面临的发展机遇与严峻挑战,阐述了以新发展理念为导向的五个农业科研院所高质量发展重点内容,并提出了"十四五"发展目标。

Considerations on Leading the High-Quality Development of Agricultural Research Institutes with New Development Concept,Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

Implementing the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, sharing" is an important principle that China’s economic and social development must follow during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, and starting from three aspects such as grasping the new development stage, implementing the new development concept and constructing the new development pattern, the development opportunities and severe challenges faced by agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper. Five key contents of high-quality development of agricultural research institutes guided by the new development concept were expounded and the development objectives during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period put forward.
