摘    要:本研究旨在探讨饲粮能量水平对德州驴生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用健康的7~8月龄德州公驴36头,体重(123.9±5.0) kg,随机分为3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头驴。各组饲粮消化能水平分别为10.43 (低能组)、11.03 (中能组)和11.90 MJ/kg(高能组),粗蛋白质水平相近。预试期20 d,正试期40 d。结果表明:1)中能组和高能组的平均日增重显著高于低能组(P<0.05),且高能组的平均日增重显著高于中能组(P<0.05)。中能组和高能组的料重比显著低于低能组(P<0.05),且高能组的料重比显著低于中能组(P<0.05)。2)中能组和高能组的干物质、有机物和碳水化合物消化率显著高于低能组(P<0.05),且高能组的干物质、有机物和碳水化合物消化率显著高于中能组(P<0.05)。3)高能组的血清总蛋白、甘油三酯含量显著高于中能组和低能组(P<0.05)。中能组和高能组的血清白蛋白含量显著高于低能组(P<0.05),且高能组的血清白蛋白含量显著高于中能组(P<0.05)。中能组和高能...

Abstract:The object of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indices of Dezhou donkeys. Thirty-six healthy Dezhou male donkeys aged from 7 to 8 months with similar body weight of(123.9±5.0)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 4 donkeys in each replicate. Dietary digestible energy levels of3 groups were 10. 43(low energy group),11. 03(mid energy group)and 11. 90 MJ/kg(high energy group),respectively,and the crude protein levels were similar. The adaptation period was 20 days and the experimental period was 40 days. The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of mid energy group and high energy group was significantly higher than that of low energy group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of high energy group was significantly higher than that of mid energy group(P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio of mid energy group and high energy group was significantly lower than that of low energy group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of high energy group was significantly lower than that of mid energy group(P<0.05). 2)The dry matter,organic matter and carbohydrate digestibility of mid energy group and high energy group was significantly higher than that of low energy group(P<0.05),and the dry matter,organic matter and carbohydrate digestibility of high energy group was significantly higher than that of mid energy group(P<0.05). 3)The serum total protein and triglyceride contents of high energy group were significantly higher than those of mid energy group and low energy group(P<0.05). The serum albumin content of mid energy group and high energy group was significantly higher than that of low energy group(P<0.05),and the serum albumin content of high energy group was significantly higher than that of mid energy group(P<0.05). The serum lactate dehydrogenase activity of mid energy group and high energy group was significantly lower than that of low energy group(P<0.05),and the serum lactate dehydrogenase activity of high energy group was significantly lower than that of mid energy group(P<0.05). In conclusion,in the range of dietary energy level in this experiment(10.43 to 11.90 MJ/kg),feeding high energy level diet can better improve the average daily gain of Dezhou donkeys,improve the dry matter,organic matter and carbohydrate digestibility,and decrease the feed to gain ratio.Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(2):1158-1164]
