| 摘 要： | 将克隆至pcDNA3．1载体的含pIL-15基因真核表达质粒大量提取，联合猪瘟疫苗免疫小猪，并通过ELISA和猪脾脏淋巴细胞MTT试验测定pIL-15的免疫佐剂效果。ELISA结果表明，pcDNA-IL-15质粒免疫后，能有效提高猪瘟抗体水平；猪脾脏淋巴细胞增殖试验结果表明，联合免疫后，猪淋巴细胞免疫水平能得到明显提高。

| Abstract: | A large of eukaryotic plasmids pcDNA3.1 containing gene IL-15 were extracted and immunized to piglets with CSF vaccine. Its adjuvant effect was determined by the method of ELISA and MTT. ELISA results showed that the serum antibody against CSF was strongly increased after immunization with plasmid pcDNA-IL-15. The results of MTT test showed that the immunity of lymphocyte was improved strongly after combined immunization. |
