摘    要:以广蜜1号薄皮甜瓜白根苗栽培为对照,进行3个南瓜砧木、1个甜瓜砧木与广蜜1号薄皮甜瓜品种嫁接栽培比较试验,探讨不同砧木品种对薄皮甜瓜生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:各嫁接组合植株嫁接成活率、抗病性均优于自根苗;各嫁接组合产量差异显著,且嫁接苗比自根苗提高了产量;各嫁接组合在果实质地口感风味上差异明显。综合评价认为:嫁接砧木壮士2白籽南瓜抗枯萎病能力最强,嫁接后产量比对照增产63.5%,果实中心可溶性固形物含量及口感风味与对照相当,可作为今后薄皮甜瓜嫁接的理想砧木。

Abstract:In the present study, three different pumpkin varieties, viz., Zhuangshi 1, Zhuangshi 2 and Tiemuzhen and one melon rootstock, viz. Tianzhen 1 were used for grafting to thin-skin muskmelon variety Guangmi 1. The self-root seedling of Guangmi 1 was used as the control. The effects of different rootstocks on growth, yield and quality of grafted thin-skin muskmelon were studied. The results showed that survival rate and disease resistance of grafted seedlings were better than that of self-root thin-skin muskmelon seedlings. The yield of different grafted thin-skin muskmelons showed significant differences. The yield of grafted thin-skin muskmelons found to be higher than that of self-root muskmelon. Further, a significant difference in fruit taste of different grafted muskmelons has been observed. According to comprehensive evualution, Zhuangshi 2 combination was recommended for the best rootstock to thin-skin muskmelon, for its high disease resistance and 63.5% higher yield compared to control. The soluble solid content and taste of fruit were found to be at par with the control.
