| 摘 要： | <正>交法优选葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸的最佳制备工艺,研究其体外释放行为。以硬度、圆整度、丸重差异为指标,优选葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为葛根黄酮自微乳与滴丸基质混合质量比例为1∶3.5、温度80℃、滴距10cm。葛根黄酮自微乳化滴丸10min时体外释放度为105.10%,明显高于市售愈风宁心滴丸10min时82.03%的体外释放度,本实验优选的滴丸制备工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | An orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the preparation of self- microemulsifying dropping pills of puerarin flavonoids（PF- SM - DP）, the drug release in vitro of PF - SM - DP was investigated. Hardness, roundness, weight difference of PF - SM - DP were selected as dependent variables to optimize the preparation conditions. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows： SMEDDS and matrix mixed at weight ratio of 1：3.5,dropping temperature at 80℃ ,and dropping distance ot 10cm.The cumulative release percent of PF for SM - DP was much more than that of marketed Yufeng Ningxin dropping pills, 105.10% and 82.03% at 10min respectively. The technology was stable and feasible. |
