樱桃番茄茎挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱法对樱桃番茄茎的挥发油进行化学成分分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从樱桃番茄茎中提取挥发油。用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了14个成分,占挥发油总量的60.59%。该结果为樱桃番茄茎的开发和利用提供了实验数据。

Abstract:The chemical components of the essential oil from the sterns of Lyoapersicon esadenmm var. cerasiforme were analyzed by using GC- MS. The essential oil was extracted from the stems of Lycopersicon esculentum var. cerasiforme by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC - MS. There are 14 components composed of about 60.59% of the total essential oil were separated and identified. The method is reliable,stabilize and good repeatability, this method can be applied to the analysis of the essential oil components that was extracted from traditional Chinese medicine components.
