| 摘 要： | 中草药饲料添加剂在肉羊舍饲中的应用具有发展前景。本研究通过对北京市消费者进行中草药添加剂羊肉的支付意愿调查,为今后开发高附加值羊肉产品,改善经营方式,发展绿色畜牧业提供一定的依据。

| Abstract: | It is viewed that feeding mutton sheep with herbal feed additive is a good way to improve mutton quality and has a sound development prospect.With the consumer survey data in Beijing,this study analyzed consumer's willingness to pay for mutton fed by forage with herbal feed additive,and then based the findings to probe the ways to develop high value-added mutton products by improve the mode of operation,in order to establish environment-friendly livestock production. |
