正常泌乳奶牛的血清瘦蛋白、血糖和血酮浓度及其相关性

随机选取正常的黑白花泌乳牛20头,按乳酮阳性分为阴性组(11头)和阳性组(9头)。对它们泌乳量、泌乳天数、血糖、血酮、血清Leptin等指标进行统计分析。结果显示血清Leptin、血糖、酮体等指标水平处于正常的范围,5项指标彼此之间的相关性不明显。但是,乳酮阳性组奶牛与阴性组比较,泌乳量降低,血清酮体升高,血糖水平降低,血清Leptin水平略高,除血清Leptin外,其余都差异显著(<0.05)。结果表明,正常的泌乳奶血清瘦蛋白等5项指标之间无显著的相关性,可能与多种因素有关,尤其是能量代谢的适应性调节。

Concentration and Correlation of Serum Letpin,Glucose and Ketone in Normal Lactating Dairy Cows

of white-black dairy cattle are chosen randomly, anddivided into2 groups according to the milk ketone colordetection. There are 11 cows with negative response in the negative group, 9 cows with positive response in positive gro-up.Some quotas such as milk yield, milk days, blood glucose and ketone in blood, and serum leptin are carried on thestatistical analysis. Results show: serum concentration of leptin, glucose, and ketone are in normal ranges. There are nosignificant correlation among all five quotas in 20 dairy cows, but compared with negative groups, there are lower milkyield and blood sugar, higher serumketone, and slightly higher serum leptin in positive group, no difference except serumleptin. In conclusion, these results indicate that no correlation among five indexes in normal dairy cows is associated withvarious kinds of factors, particularly energy metabolic adaptive regulation.
