虱螨脲的土壤降解动力学研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱分析技术,研究了土壤微生物、虱螨脲施用质量分数、土壤温度及含水量对虱螨脲降解的影响。结果表明,虱螨脲在土壤中的降解行为主要是微生物降解,非生物降解作用较小;虱螨脲在土壤中的降解速率随着初始质量分数的增大而降低;虱螨脲在土壤中的降解速率与土壤温度呈正相关;在一定的土壤持水量范围内,土壤水分含量越高,虱螨脲降解速度越快。

Abstract:The present experiment was conducted to study the influence of soil microorganisms,lufenuron concentra-tion,soil temperature and soil moisture on lufenruon degradation in soil using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that microbial degradation was the major way for lufenuron degradation in soil and non-biolog-ical degradation was a less important way.The degradation rate of lufenuron in soil decreased with increasing lufenuron concentration,whereas it increased positively with increasing soil temperature.Up to certain range of soil moisture,the degradation rate of lufenuron decreased with increasing soil moisture.
