南极海单胞菌BSw10005代谢活性物质及对植物病原菌抑制作用

摘    要: 对从南极海水中分离的海单胞菌BSw10005发酵液进行冷冻干燥、乙醚萃取, 获得白色固体活性粗提物, 其对15种植物病原真菌、细菌和海洋病原弧菌等都具有较好的抑制作用。对西瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的抑制表现为使菌丝中原生质凝聚、菌丝体壁破裂和抑制分生孢子萌发。该活性物质在30~100℃范围内稳定性较好, 在pH值2~8的条件下具有较好的活性, 说明该活性物质具有作为农用抗生素的潜力。该抑菌物质经过官能团显色反应、凝胶柱层析、薄层层析、红外光谱和元素分析, 初步判定为胺类物质。

Abstract:A white bioactive substance was isolated from liquid culture of Marinomonas sp.BSw10005 isolated from Antarctic ocean.The antibiotic substances showed strong anti-microbal activities against 15 plant pathogens and marine pathogenic Vibrio spp..The effect of the antibiotic substances on Fusarium oxysporum was investigated.The results showed that the mycelial growth and conidial germination of F.oxysporum were significantly inhibited after treatment with the antibiotic substances.The treated hyphal cells of F.oxysporum became broken and protoplasm agglomerated.The anti-microbal components remained active in acid solutions from pH 2 to 8 and temperature from 30℃ to 100℃.These results suggested that Marinomonas sp.BSw10005 had the potential as a bio-control agent.Further analysis by color reactions, SEC, IR spectrum and element analysis indicated that the antibiotic substances were amines.
