丝瓜种子破除休眠的研究

摘    要:迄今,尚未见破除丝瓜种子休眠的报道。本论文采用30%双氧水浸种、0.1M硝酸浸种、超声波振荡和种子单侧缘破皮处理3个丝瓜品系种子,探讨破除种子休眠的方法。结果表明,种子单侧缘破皮处理效果最佳,种子发芽率分别从7.8%~30.7%提高到88.2%-100%。其余3种处理破除休眠均有效果,但三者间无显著差异。

Abstract:So far Little information was available on breaking the Luffa cylindrical seed dormancy. The four treatments, soaking in 30% H2O2 for 10 min, soaking in 0.1 M HNO3 for 12 h, ultrasonic stimulation for 10 min and breaking coat in one side of the seed by cutting, were conducted to investigate the effects of breaking seed dormancy using three lines of towel gourd. The results showed that the optimal treatment was breaking coat in one side of the seed, which increased the seed germination percentage from 7.8% - 30.7% to 88.2% -100%. Moreover,the other three treatments were effective on breaking the seed dormancy, but there were no significant differences among them.
