| 摘 要： | ISSR有着显著的特点,广泛地应用在植物研究的各个方面.综述了其在观赏植物品种演进和亲缘关系、遗传多样性和品种分类鉴定等方面的研究进展,指出其为观赏植物研究的有效工具,但是在辅助选择育种、构建指纹图谱等方面尚需开展更多工作,以使其更好地应用于观赏植物的研究.

| Abstract: | ISSR had been widely applied in plant research and recognized as an effective research tool with distinctive features.This paper emphasized on its application in the evolution and genetic relationship of cultivars,genetic diversity detection and the classification and identification of cultivars in ornamental plants.More efforts should be taken in molecular marker-assisted breeding and genetic map construction with ISSR for better application in ornamental plants research. |
