| 摘 要： | 摘 要：对蔬菜组织富含多酚类和色素等杂质的特点，对HPLC分析蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的前处理方法进行了改进，在流动相溶剂正己烷-乙酸乙酯（95/5, V/V）及流速1 mL/min，检测波长242 nm条件下，用配备Zorbax Rx-Sil柱、紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪进行待测组分的分离和测定。试验结果显示该方法适合蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的分析测定。

| Abstract: | To deal with the existence of large amount of polyphenols, pigments and other impurities, an improved HPLC method suitable for analyzing pyrethroids in vegetables including modified sample preparation procedures and chromatography profiles was proposed. The HPLC operating conditions were Zorbax Rx-Sil column, n-hexane and ethyl acetate （95 ： 5, V ： V） as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1 ml/ min and UV detection wavelength at 242 nm. |
