摘 要: | 本文采用HRP示踪技术对两栖类蟾蜍和爬行类蜥蜴外周听感受器向延脑的传入投射进行了比较研究。结果表明:蟾蜍的背侧第八神经核接受外周听神经的传入投射,且背侧第八神经核趋于分化为两个亚核:蜥蜴耳蜗发出的听神经上行投射到延脑的角状核和巨细胞核。

A Comparative Study of Auditory Centers of The Medulla Oblongata in Lizards and Toads |

Abstract: | Afferent profections of auditory receptor organization in lizards and toads were studied with the method of HRP. The results show that the perpheral acoustic nerve fibers in toads terminate on the dorsal medullary nucleus(DMN). The dorsal medullary nucleus has two subnucleus. The perpheral acoustic nerve fibers in lizards terminate on the nucleus angularis and the nucleus magnocellulars. |
