| 摘 要： | 以促进农业、农村发展,提高农民生活水平,改善农业生产、生活务件,改善村容村貌,促进新农村建设为目标,建立了新农村建设背景下的土地整理综合效益评价指标体系.基于土地整理与新农村建设的联系,分析了指标构成及其内涵,可以为新农村建设时期的土地整理工作提供借鉴.
