云南省水资源保护与可持续发展研究

云南省是一个水资源很丰富而又到处缺水的特殊省份，有效水资源很贫乏。面临的挑战是社会经济发展，需水量增加，开发难度大和水质污染，生态环境恶化，有效水资源量减少。对此我们提出了宏观管理对策和工程技术对策。

Study on the water Resources Preservation and Sustainable Development in Yunnan Province

Yunnan is a special province whose water resources is very abundant but with widely water shortage.That is, the effective water resources is in a poor condition.The main challenges facing the province are the development of social-economy and increased water demand,the water pollution,the deterioration of eco-environment,and the decreasing effective water resources.The pollicy for macroscopic management and strategy in choice of effective engineering measures are suggested in this paper.
