黑曲霉次生代谢产物对番茄抗根结线虫病效果的影响

摘    要:通过温室盆栽试验研究了黑曲霉次生代谢产物对番茄根结线虫病的防效,测定了番茄根系几种防御酶活性。结果表明,与对照相比,施用黑曲霉次生代谢产物的处理均降低了番茄根结线虫病的根结指数和根结线虫种群数量,促进了番茄植株的生长,提高了PAL、PPO、POD、SOD和CAT的活性。黑曲霉菌株Snf009次生代谢产物对番茄根结线虫病有显著控制效果。

Abstract:Application of various concentrations of secondary metabolites of Aspergillus niger to tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita)disease were studied in greenhouse.And the research on effects of secondary metabolites on several defense enzymes in tomato was conducted.The results showed that the secondary metabolites of A.niger could reduce the root-knot index and nematode populations,meanwhile promote the tomato plant growth,compared with untreated control.The activities ...
