多效唑与保持剂对水稻草木灰基质秧苗素质的调控效应

摘    要:研究了多效唑与保持剂对配方水稻草木灰和传统营养土基质育秧的影响,结果表明:由于草木灰中的多效唑有效成分大量流失,在秧苗出苗后生长初期,多效唑对秧苗高度的控制效果显著,但随着秧苗秧龄的增长,多效唑的控制效果减弱明显,在第3叶出叶后已基本失去对秧苗株高的控制作用。而与保持剂结合使用时,可以显著降低其在草木灰中的流失效应,大幅提高多效唑的控制效应和控制时效,显著降低草木灰秧苗株高,使秧苗的前3叶出叶高度分别平均降低30.5%、23.9%和17.2%,同时可增大叶龄、使其株型紧凑、茎秆粗壮、素质增强,能更好地满足插秧机械对水稻秧苗的要求。

Abstract:The effects of Paclobutrazol and retention agent application on the quality of rice seedlings in straw-ash substrate and traditional nutrient soil substrate were studied.The results showed that,since the effective components of Paclobutrazol in straw-ash had a lot of loss,Paclobutrazol significantly controlled seedling height after the emergence of rice seedlings.With the increase of rice seedling age,the control effect of Paclobutrazol on rice seedling height was weakened significantly.After the emergence of the 3rd leaf in rice seedling,Paclobutrazol basically had no control effect on seedling height.When Paclobutrazol application was combined with retention agent,they could significantly decrease the loss of Paclobutrazol in straw-ash,substantially increase the control efficiency and effective period of Paclobutrazol,greatly decrease the height of rice seedlings in straw-ash substrate,and averagely reduce the 1st,2nd and 3rd leaf height by 30.5%,23.9% and 17.2% respectively.Furthermore,the mixed application of Paclobutrazol and retention agent could increase the leaf age,make the plant-type close,and enhance the stem diameter and rice seedling quality.Therefore,the raised rice seedlings could meet the requirement of transplanting machinery.
