套袋对翠冠梨果实品质的影响

摘    要:以梨(Pyrus pyrifoliaNakai)‘翠冠’品种为试材,研究了套袋对翠冠梨果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋可明显地改变果实的外观,使果锈减少、果点颜色变浅、果点变小,但套袋使果实内在品质有所降低,可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量下降。

Abstract:Pyrus Pyrifoliawas used to determine the effects of bagging on the fruit quality.The results showed that bagging treatment meliorated the appearance quality of the fruit obviously,the fruit dot color became faint,fruit dot size diminished and the fruit rust-speck area decreased, but intrinsic fruit quality debased by bagging,the content of soluble solids and soluble sugars decreased.
