摘    要:农产品由农田到餐桌不仅是一个实体制造与供给的过程,也是一个信息生产与传输的过程,本文以金华特色农产品为主要对象,通过对金华生产基地实地考察分析得出,为溯源二维码进行防伪加密,符合当地农产品追踪溯源需求;将产品合格证进行电子化、在线化,可以实现生产全流程的数据可视化,方便消费者查询回溯。因此,本文综述了传统农产品溯源的研究现状,从农产品的生产、包装、运输、销售四个环节出发,分析了数字化农产品全程溯源的需求和优势,并从推进农产品溯源二维码防伪建设、合格证电子化、气象预测、溯源后台建设等几个方面提出了发展对策分析,以期加强对农产品各个环节的质量监控。

Abstract:Agricultural products from farmland to table is not only the process of physical manufacturing and provision, but also the process of information production and transmission. This paper takes Jinhua characteristic agricultural products as the main object, and concludes through field investigation and analysis of Jinhua production base that the two-dimensional code for traceability is anti-counterfeiting and encrypted, which meets the needs of local agricultural products traceability. The product certificate is electronic and online, which can realize the data visualization of the whole process of production and facilitate the query and backtracking of consumers. Therefore, this paper summarized the current research status of traditional agricultural products traceability, analyzed the needs and advantages of digital agricultural products whole-process traceability from the four links of production, packaging, transportation and sales of agricultural products, and proposed development countermeasures from several aspects such as QR code anti-counterfeiting construction, electronic certification, meteorological prediction and back-office construction of traceability. In order to strengthen the quality control of every link of agricultural products.
