中药材农药残留检测技术现状与前景

摘    要:中药材种植已成为发展特色农业的支柱产业,但农药滥用导致的农药残留问题已成为影响中药材质量的重要因素之一。如何高效、快速地检测中药材中的农药残留是一个亟待解决的问题。因此,基于以上背景本文对现行的农药残留检测方法,如色谱检测法、酶抑制率法、酶联免疫分析法、侧向免疫层析法以及一些新型免疫传感器检测方法等进行了系统的阐述并探讨了农药残留检测方法的发展前景。

Abstract:Cultivation of herbal medicines has become a pillar industry for the development of specialty agriculture, but the problem of pesticide residues caused by pesticide abuse has become one of the important factors affecting the quality of herbal medicines. How to detect pesticide residues in herbal medicines efficiently and rapidly is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, based on the above background, this paper systematically describes the current pesticide residue detection methods, such as chromatographic detection, enzyme inhibition rate method, enzyme-linked immunoassay, lateral flow immunoassays method, and some novel immunosensor detection methods, and discusses the development prospects of pesticide residue detection methods.
