摘    要:对浙江省植物组培产业生产中心的主要污染微生物的防控技术进行了研究,从11个杀菌剂和消毒剂中筛选出了对污染细菌德氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas delafieldii)、丁香假单胞菌(Pseudomonas syringae)、蜡状芽胞菌(Bacillus cereus)和污染真菌指状青霉(Penicillum digitatum)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)预防效果好,且对组培植物安全的药剂为乙蒜素和链·土霉素。乙蒜素可以在培养基分装前加入,与培养基同时灭菌使用;而链·土霉素在培养基使用前加入可有效预防污染物生长,该药剂对组培器皿和环境也有较好的消毒效果。

Abstract:Prevention and control technology of pollution in industrial tissue culture had been carried out in Hangzhou and Ningbo, the main tissue culture industry production center in Zhejiang province Two medicines ethylicin and streptomycin terramycin had been screened out for their good control effects on common pollution microflora such as Pseudomonas delafieldii, Pseudomonas syringae, Bacillus cereus, Penicillum digitatum and Aspergillus niger, from 11 germicides and disinfectants And they showed safety to tissue culture seedling and easy to use Ethylicin could be added into culture medium before culture autoclaving for its high temperature resistance, while streptomycin terramycin could only be used in the sterilized culture medium to prevent the growth of contaminants The medicament also had a good disinfection effect for the tissue culture vessel or for the environment.
