| Abstract: | With the 3S technologies the work on planning, design, statistic analysis, appraisal and assessment of the Yangtze River shelterbelt project was completed. In the course of the project implementation. Standardized and computerized management of the project was adopted. As a result, the quality and management level of the Yangtze River shelterbelt system was improved and assured. |
