黄河裸裂尻鱼乳酸脱氢酶同工酶研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对黄河裸裂尻鱼的血清、鳃、肝脏、性腺、心脏、鳔、肾脏、眼、脑和肌肉组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH同工酶)进行了研究。试验结果表明,各种组织均表现出明显的组织特异性。黄河裸裂尻鱼是二倍化了的四倍体,可能起源于鲃亚科。

Abstract:It was investigated that the isozyme spectra of lactate dehydrogenase in organs including gill,liver,gonad,heart,swimming bladder,kidney,eyeball,brain,muscle,and serum in Yellow River Schizothoracin(Schizopygopsis pylzovi) by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the fish was tetraploid that originally were diploidized originating from some primitive Barbinae fishes.
