| 摘 要： | 目的]对鸦胆子油的提取工艺进行优化。方法]以石油醚为提取溶剂，以鸦胆子出油率为考察指标，以提取温度、液料比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素，采用L9（3 4）正交试验法确定最佳提取工艺。结果]鸦胆子油的最佳提取工艺参数为：提取次数3次，液料比7：1，提取时间2．0h，提取温度60℃。结论]在上述工艺奈件下，鸦胆子出油率为16．7％。
