摘 要: | 以珍珠番茄幼叶、带腋芽茎段为材料进行组织培养,对其快速繁殖技术进行研究.结果表明:1)以带腋芽茎段为外植体,在MS BA2mg/L NAA0.1mg/L培养基上诱导的不定芽数多,是1条较佳的快速繁殖途径;2)以幼叶为外植体,在MS BA2mg/L IAA0.5mg/L培养基上诱导的愈伤组织质量好,但分化成苗能力一般.分化培养基以MS BA2mg/L较好;3)生根培养基以MS IAA0.2mg/L和MS NAA0.1mg/L IAA0.1mg/L生根率高且根粗壮.

Studies on Rapid Propagation of Peral Tomato |

Abstract: | The paper reports the plant regeneration and rapid propagation about the young leaves and steams with buds of peral tomato,which shows: 1) There are large number of adventive buds from steams with buds on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L;2)The quality of callus inducted from the leaf explants cultured on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L and IAA 0.5 mg/L is the best.However the callus have the ordinary differentiation potential. It's suitable to differentiate buds on the MS medium with BA 2 mg/L;3) The MS mediums with IAA 0.2 mg/L or with NAA 0.1 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L is with high rooting rate and thicky and strong roots. |
