| Abstract: | Learning organization,as a new management theory,emerged in the 1990s.The theory emphasized learning and innovation which can improve the thought model and can promote the development of the enterprises,helping enterprises in the attainment of objectives.After analysising the problems of the main item enterprises of Hei Longjiang reclamation areas,this article suggests that building learning organiations is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the reclamation areas,and also some effective ways and proposals on how to build learning organizations were put forward. |
