Abstract:Core image acquisition instrument generally is composed of CCD video,motor control and other auxiliary equipments.Because the CCD video system is the main part,most studies have focused on the core image acquisition and image processing,and then ignoring the motor sports control system for scanning device.In order to improve the stability of motor control system movement and accuracy,the stepping motor controller was constituted based on AT89S52 MCU,which uses photoelectric encoder to detect angular direction and then construct the closed loop control systems,motion control system of stepping motor can reach a given position quickly and accurately through PID regulation.
